[Case Study] Achieving Stable Operation of Dust Collectors by Reviewing Sensors

Stable operation of dust collectors through reduced risk of false detection! A case of preventing false detection during vehicle passage.

In the process of collecting foundry waste materials, there was a challenge of wanting to control the operation of the dust collector using vehicle detection. Therefore, we controlled the dust collector with an underground embedded loop coil for vehicle detection. This prevents false detection when vehicles pass by and avoids the risk of physical damage to the sensors. As a result, by utilizing the loop coil used in the Amano parking system, we achieved improved maintainability and smooth parts supply.
